Auto Insurance

Baldwin County drivers have specific auto insurance needs. Bayway traffic, intense summer heat, and seasonal storms are a few of the many dangerous situations Gulf Coast drivers encounter. Large insurance companies and faceless agents won't understand your needs, but I will.

As an independent insurance ambassador, I take ownership of the price-matching process to find the plan that suits your needs and budget. I compare multiple insurance companies and their rates to give you the best competitive estimate. When you inevitably file a claim for your vehicle, I give you the advice you need to get the best return on your insurance claim.

As a veteran of the insurance industry with more than 16 years of experience, I guarantee I will provide you with the best customer service in Baldwin County and along the Gulf Coast.

Liability Insurance: Bodily Injury | Property Damage Liability

Two types of liability insurance are available, and most states require a minimum amount of bodily injury liability insurance coverage, which covers expenses when you're held legally responsible for an auto accident. Bodily injury insurance includes passengers as well as pedestrians and bystanders. This insurance covers portions of the cost associated with a vehicle accident including medical expenses, legal fees, loss of income and funeral costs. Property damage liability covers personal property including the cost of damage to another's vehicle or another's property such as a home or fence.

Collision Coverage

Collision coverage will cover some or all of the damage to your vehicle, or help replace the vehicle if it is totaled. Coverage is available when crashing into another bike, another object or lying over. It helps pay for repairs regardless of fault.

Comprehensive Coverage

Comprehensive auto coverage will help cover repairs to your vehicle that are not accident related. Common potential hazards not resulting from a collision that comprehensive coverage may protect your car from include flood, theft, fire, natural disasters, falling objects, hail, vandalism or damage from hitting an animal.

Personal Injury Protection

Personal injury protection auto insurance will help cover certain personal costs regardless if you are at fault. This type of insurance is not mandatory in Alabama, and the type of coverage you can receive varies state-by-state. Also called no-fault coverage, PIP insurance may cover a variety of expenses that result from an accident such as medical bills, lost wages or transportation

Auto Medical Payments (MedPay)

Auto medical payments help ensure auto accident-related costs for yourself and your passengers. MedPay, used in conjunction with PIP, can be used to fill the gap between your PIP and total medical expenses for yourself and other passengers. MedPay can be used to pay auto accident-related costs that are not covered by your auto insurance, such as a medical copay.

Uninsured or Underinsured Motorist Protection: Bodily Injury | Property Damage Liability

Similarly to liability insurance, two kinds of uninsured motorist protection insurance is available. Uninsured or underinsured motorist insurance protects you from uninsured drivers when you're injured in an accident. Uninsured motorist bodily injury coverage will help pay any medical expenses, but it will not cover damage to your car that result from an accident. Uninsured motorist property damage coverage will cover repairs to your vehicle or replace it, but will not cover personal injury; this coverage will also repair damage in situations where the fault is unknown, such as a hit and run.
